Our company has approached the SYSTRA ACADEMIE training center in Poitiers and provided it with educational materials. The future site operators who will leave this center will have learned their trade on Galland equipment!
The international SYSTRA group specializes in engineering and consulting related to mobility and transport. The SYSTRA Group's shareholders include RATP and SNCF. Ambassadors of French technology, its founders had the immense merit of bringing French catenary to export in the 1990s.
They train on Galland equipment
In recent years, theThe outsourcing of activities outside the core business of the SNCF to private players has been accompanied by new needs: since there is no professional baccalaureate in "catenary", future site operators must be properly trained. This is the role that the SYSTRA ACADEMIE of Poitiers has given itself and that Galland supports. Thus, last June, we provided the training center with operating systems for sectioners. SYSTRA ACADEMIE learners can now install and train on devices made in France! A logic that makes sense, because 70% of the equipment installed on the tracks of France comes from our workshops…
A bet on the future
This partnership, like the one we have with the FerroCampus regional cluster in Saintes, is a real satisfaction for Galland and a bet on the future: the future operators trained at SYSTRA ACADEMIE will have learned their trade on our equipment, and we can imagine that they will then be keen to demand French technology!
