Customer satisfaction, which is written into our DNA, has always been a source of inspiration and a driving force for the Galland company. It is in the consciousness of every man and woman who make up the company, and our policy is simply the reflection of our development in relation to environmental problems and our constant desire for improvement in our organization.
In the context of this policy the SOCOTEC organization carried out an audit in June within the framework of the renewal of ISO 9001 & 14001 certifications.
A global review of process was conducted covering all the services of the company.
Following 2 days of analysis at the heart of the organization, SOCOTEC delivered a favorable opinion as to the ongoing validity of the certificates.
We will continue to uphold with conviction our commitments in the SMQE domain: System of Quality and Environmental Control.
