What position do you hold?

As Director of Atlantic Tradelinks Pvt Ltd since 2016, I manage a team of 11 people, comprising 2 business development managers, 3 technical supervisors and 6 site engineers.

Also since 2011, in our company, I am heading the Concord Control Systems Limited branch: a manufacturing unit based in Lucknow, which produces high quality electrical, electronic, electromechanical items for the Indian Railways. We also develop items for the electrification of railway networks, metros, as well as coach production lines.

What are your missions with Galland?

We have been working closely with Galland’s Sales and R&D departments for over 6 years. Our main mission: to facilitate the introduction of their products on the Indian markets and with the main EPC* contractors for railway electrification. For example, we have contributed to popularizing the assembly of neutral sections and section insulators on our railway network. I am also thinking of the modular aluminum armouring system, which we have successfully developed in India, always under the technical and conceptual supervision of Galland.
To ensure that these products are real successes in our region, I am personally involved at several levels: in marketing, development, documentation, etc. At Galland, I particularly appreciate the skills of the R&D department and the agility that this company demonstrates in adapting to customer requirements.

How would you describe your relationship with the Galland teams?

Distance does not prevent proximity: my relationship with the Galland team has grown stronger over the years, and I feel as close to Galland in France as I do to our other units in India. I have seen this company grow, structure itself… and I must say that the motivation of the new management is a driving force for all of us!
