Caen the Sea
In 2019, a new tramway will run on the territory of the Caen la Mer Urban Community. The TVR on tires will stop running, to make way for a more reliable, more efficient and more comfortable mode of transport on rail. An extension will be created to the south, from the Grâce de Dieu towards the CEMT (Tramway Operation and Maintenance Center). An extension will also be created towards the Presqu'île.
The companies responsible for infrastructure works have once again chosen Galland equipment for its quality and longevity, already proven on all French tramways for 26 years.
