This is why apprenticeships play a vital role in our HR approach, allowing young professionals to develop their skills within our core business while actively contributing to our projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Three new talents joined our teams in September 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With this new school year, we had the pleasure of welcoming three apprentices, each integrated into a strategic department of the company:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Loris<\/strong> is preparing <em>a Bachelor\u2019s degree (BUT) in Mechanical Engineering<\/em> in the 3rd year, and reinforces the <strong>Design Office <\/strong>in its innovative capabilities, by contributing to the technical development of our products and the continuous improvement of our solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Selya<\/strong> is preparing <em>a Bachelor\u2019s degree (BUT)  in Sales Techniques in the 3rd year, with a specialization in International Business<\/em> in her third year. She supports our teams <strong>Purchases<\/strong> in supplier management, cost optimization and supply monitoring.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hugo<\/strong> is preparing <em>a Professional Qualification of Senior Technician in Logistics Methods and Operations<\/em>. It helps to streamline our internal and external service flows. <strong>Logistics<\/strong>, shipments and the improvement of our operational processes in order to guarantee an ever more efficient supply chain.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A strengthened commitment to young professionals<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By integrating apprentices into our teams, the company pursues several objectives:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop key skills related to our business expertise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To pass on our know-how and our values.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting the employability of young people in a real and educational setting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fostering innovation through a fresh and dynamic perspective.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Our employees will thus have the opportunity to share their experiences and actively contribute to the professional development of these future talents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Building the future of Galland together<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The arrival of these three apprentices marks a new step in our commitment to investing in the future.
