The #6 SME Accelerator program, organized at Kedge under the initiative of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region , was a significant experience for the GALLAND SAS team, both for its vibrant energy and the richness of its content. For two intense years, training, consulting and networking combined to form three essential pillars.
From the very first sessions, the quality of the speakers, the relevance of the topics covered and the exceptional alchemy between the participants made this program much more than a simple seminar. It stood out as a true human and professional adventure.
Discussions on various topics such as CSR, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, strategic purchasing and industrial strategies have opened up new perspectives while sometimes confronting ideas in a stimulating way. These passionate debates and this ability to question oneself have been valuable levers for progress.
Company visits and discussions between managers also brought a concrete dimension to the learning. These moments allowed us to see the concepts in action and draw inspiration from them for the internal development of Galland SAS.
Several employees actively participated in this training, enriching their skills and contributing to the deployment of new strategic initiatives within the company.
Today, the first results of this commitment are already evident, reflecting the positive impact of this experience. Although the program is now over, it leaves behind immense pride and renewed energy to continue moving forward.
