At Galland, the environmental transition is not just an intention.
It is gradually becoming part of the way we work, in a concrete way.
It is fully part of our 2025–2027 corporate policy, particularly its CSR and environmental aspects.
In 2026, the awarding of the EcoVadis bronze medal recognized this momentum that had been building for several months.
An important step, but above all a foundation for going further.
This development is based on structuring work initiated in 2025, with the completion of a carbon footprint assessment according to the ADEME methodology, carried out in partnership with APESA.
A demanding exercise, which made it possible to precisely identify the levers for action that truly have an impact.
Since then, actions have been unfolding in a tangible way:
→ A significant portion of purchases are made in France (nearly 60% in %), with a strong regional focus
→ An evolving industrial organization, with the internalization of certain operations such as machining
→ A focus on optimizing flows and supplies
→ Teams trained in waste sorting and everyday practices
→ A progressive structuring around the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards
All these decisions, taken together, reflect a clear intention:
to evolve the model, without a break, but with coherence.
The transformation has begun.
It is collective.
And above all, it is designed to last.
